These are the values we are shipping with Warlords 1.2
A lot of thought went into them, corp sizes, completion rates, expected ISK return per district, and all those were collected as feedback from the Think Tank, indivicually, through surveys.
This is our starting point, and of course we will respond quickly to any issues that come up.
Command Points Attacking a district when a corporation owns a district (15,000 CP + 30,000,000 ISK) Attacking a district when a corporation does not own a district (25,000 CP) Selling Clones (CP = 50 * Clones to get DK = 90 * Clones) Moving Clones (CP = 50 * Clones + 1.500.000 ISK) Changing Surface Infrastructure (2.500 CP and 25,000,000 ISK) Changing Reinforcement Time (CP = 100 * Hours) Finishing a daily mission (100 CP per mission) Corporation Cap for command points 100,000
District Kredits DK reward for corp battle win 500 DK reward for corp battle lose 200 Weekly Cycle for DK cap 7,000 - to prevent abuse while we survey the results
The same reason is why the District Market will be shipping empty. We want to know everything works first.

Ok because I have some people going spastic on me:
CP = 50 * Clones to get DK = 90 * Clones
This means you sell each clone for 50 CP.
Each clone generates 90 DK that the corp auto divides based on CP contribution.
Correct?

My guess on clone sale values would be that it's either the old biomass value of 200k that was established in hotfix bravo or at the clone sale price of 150k per clone that was established way back in the day.
Just a guess though. We'll know for sure when someone sells a clone.

Really? It means if you have land you must pay 30m ISK to launch clone pack attacks. If you don't hold land only a CP cost.

You two must be in the lower bracket of matchmaking.
Anyways, isk cost seem awfully high for attacks when you own a district. Not only does it take CP but also a hefty amount of isk. Are you wanting to stir up conflict in MH?
It would seem to me that lowering the cost overall for attacks in comparison to selling clones, would stir up greater conflict. It seems like it will be much easier to simply sell clones than it would be to actually MOVE clones for an attack. A spreadsheet with numbers, or some general info like CP generation per member would be nice.
Also, I find it very interesting the number of people excited about these changes. Odd, because it's not going to be any easier breaking into MH than it was before. Oh well, more meat for the grinder.

The same reason is why the District Market will be shipping empty. We want to know everything works first. taking as there is no alliance cap, i can assume that you deem 'abuse' to be a per corp thing, so efforts of multiple corps working together to make this cap pointless and generate ISK to buy items that can be traded and given to players as profits rise from clone sells and CP distribution going out to several corps in one alliance at once - and with new deploying mechanic for platoon being PC only *should seriously be in FW too* it makes organizing such efforts even easier, was not considered?
So then, how do you define abuse when this system can be so easily used to farm CP, DK, and ISK using multiple corps in one alliance? |

So, any PC battle will net between 200-500 DisK (DK)? Can a corp sell/trade/give away DisK? Maybe the DisK market will heat up enough that its worth it to raid poorly defended districts with low end gear to: 1) keep what you kill, and 2) resell the DisK |

Honestly, the DK market is either going to be over-powered or it's going to fall flat on it's face. There are two reasons for this:
DK can only be gained through selling clones and actively winning/losing PC battles. While that is great for exclusive stuff like SKINs, it makes it really impractical for normal items.
If I have a fit that is primarily ISK but the gun is bought with DK, when I run out, I'll have to make a duplicate copy of that suit in my fitting's list or not be able to restock it. So from a fitting standpoint, the DK system is suboptimal unless you have great wealths of the stuff (which is unlikely if we get only 500 from a win, 200 from a loss, and 90*Clone*Districts / Corp Members).
Furthermore, if the DK market is a copy of the ISK market (as far as item availability) than it will de-value the DK system dramatically as players will still prefer to use ISK over DK simply from a quantity standpoint. ISK is more readily available than DK.
In that case, it will likely fall flat on it's face. The only way DK will be fundamentally valuable, given the limitations with how it is attained, is if the DK market provides exclusive content that you can't get anywhere else (like FW does with LP Faction SKINs, APEX suits, and Specialist gear). That becomes problematic though as it then turns PC, as Kain Spero describes, into a positive feedback loop - PC rewards you with powerful gear with which you will inevitable use to run PC.
So, while I thoroughly love the Command Point system and how it encourages player activity for PC corps to do things, I think the DK system will be stupid OP, fundamentally useless, or used primarily for cosmetics which will lower interest.

It's a bit early for such a doom and gloom forecast. I'm cautiously optimistic, but we'll see. If it's as big of a failure as you're predicting there's nothing saying it can't be fixed in the future.
If you only got "doom and gloom forecast" and "big of a failure as predicting" from than then I kindly suggest re-reading the post. For realsies. This isn't like, "Huuur this feature is awful no matter what" it's simply saying that it is very, VERY easy to get wrong and we really need to take into account those universal considerations. This isn't Aeon Amadi's opinion, this is sort of a baseline fact. Players primarily don't use Aurum/LP items unless it's to bridge a gap in their skill-set because it is too difficult to accrue LP and reliably restock items. This isn't a new problem, this has been frequently mentioned, and likely will be the same with DK unless they are made plentiful.

Which is pretty cool, btw. Used to have to track hacks, assists, kills, etc manually. The Mission System's ability to keep tally represents a significant improvement.

Maybe I'm blind or don't pay much attention but didn't the event missions take up four of the ten missions? If they just added more than my bad.

Nope, total of 14 missions. 4 of which were persistent weekly missions.
Noticed this yesterday as I was grinding out the weekly, I had complete 10 missions for 1 key. Sure enough there were 10 normal missions.
