Yes. Please.
It's not like we have any glitches such as when you send an item to an Eve Online character and then it disappears into limbo, or like we sometimes don't get any notifications confirming trade. Yeah, it's not like we have any of that. Right?

I wasn't talking about item duplication. I was talking about actual items disappearing into the nether. Meaning no one, not the buyer nor the seller have the item. This has been confirmed as I have tested it myself and it is a big one because it causes headaches when Dust players accidentally send the item to an Eve account and then they have to go through the trouble of submitting a help ticket to CCP and we all know how long they take to respond to petitions.
The notification part is not a big problem. That much I agree with you. But the disappearing items is a major one still.

Trial and error my friend.
Regardless, that doesn't mean it should be ignored by CCP. It must be addressed as soon as possible. Besides, not all players in Dust have access to the forums and thus they might not know about the glitch and they might not know the difference between an Eve and Dust character. There might even be veteran players out there who are not even aware that Eve and Dust are remotely connected.
