This isn't cpm behavior. He is a angry little troll. That was a 2 minute clip from a redline pc battle. He didn't post the whole battle just the part where he kills the rarest SR in the game. Honestly, a cpm needs to know the difference on what he should post and what he shouldn't post. He should know this isn't GD material. You got to see a CPM in a PC game, that's more then the rest will give ya, lol.

The CPM is a group of representatives that are elected by the people because they offer a great deal to the community and being part of the CPM allows them to empower that. I don't mean to sound like I'm trying to correct you, I'm not, it is just sort of a pet peeve of mine when someone says 'he won the CPM elections' - that insinuates that there is some kind of competition to it. I don't like the idea of representatives competeting with one another for a spot when it is the community that takes the hit. Even then, they're going to have to work with one another if they do get elected =P Hate to burst your bubble since you seem to be romantically involved with the idea of CPM, but it is a competition. That's what elections are - people competing to prove there worth. The only way that doesn't imply to CPM is that there's not enough candidates to compete with. Lack of competition is what will prove fatal to the community, as there'll be a lack comparisons to see whose right for the job or not. you'll only have a sketchy track record to go on, and sort of ruins the entire point of elections to begin with.

Interesting stand-point and I hate that you feel that way, honestly. Just remember that there are multiple CPM positions and that you're not just trying to get one person on, you're wanting several that can co-operatively and civilly work together, regardless of how competitive. Otherwise it'll just be a pissing match and nothing will get done ^_- The CPM positions are general roles that is specifically and only meant to serve as a point of communication between us and CCP. There specific talents come into play to help identify wether or not to put them into that role, but just because i can choose 5 out of 20 doesn't make it any less competitive for the 20 people who want in. I have to decide between those 20 people whose the best - and if you don't compete and compare, how will i? You're basically saying it's okay for the community to be blindly pick candidates based solely on forum presence. If that's the case, i should run for CPM on my alts that are well respected. But then I'd be possibly removing a real candidate from CPM just because i decided to compete for the position using my forum presence and not compete openly with him on topics. That's cut and dry competition, no way around it. lol and the lack of competition would lead to it truly becoming a popularity contest, people arguing over who they like more rather then who is saying the right things.
