Hey guys, I played Dust since open beta and left shortly after the whole fanfest thing happened. Now that I'm back I have a few questions so that I can get back on track.
Player trading:
1)Can I trade things for AUR?
2)Can I buy and sell Blue prints?
3)Is there a cap to how much I can send or receive from one person?
Other things:
1)I've seen on the forums that people are asking for something called 'team deploy'. What is it and why do we need it?
2)In the game I've seen a huge increase in the use of plasma cannons and mass drivers. Have they been buffed? And what else has been buffed or nerfed?
3)What are these 'quafe' weapons everyone is talking about?
That's all the questions I have right now, thank you in advance to whoever can answer them.

Quafe color schemed stuff won through a sort of lottery called Encrypted strong boxes. Some cool stuff but all below adv level gear from what Ive seen. .
It's hard to beat up hundreds of armor piercing bullets using only your face...

Yes, and you cannot buy them, only open strongboxes you get by buying keys with Aurum. They are worth a lot of ISK

Scams i mean Skins, strongboxs, loyalty rank, quafe weapon bpo, myos JUMP & melee bonus, strafe speed reduction. Ect.
And I suggest u just read the patch notes for yourself to catch up on changes.

The only Quafe stuff that isn't a BPO are the proto Caldari Assault, Advanced Caldari Assault, Proto Gallente Scout, HAVs, DSs, LAVs without the BPO label, and turrets.
All other suits and all infantry weapons are BPOs.

1) No, you cannot trade AUR
2) Yes, but only some of them. Items that are tradeable are officer weapons and dropsuits, and blueprints (BPOs), but not all of them. You can tell what can or can't be traded by going to your assets, and seeing a symbol next to the item that looks like some little dudes.
3) No.
Important trading info: You need to have a "loyalty rank" of 2 to engage in trading. Loyalty ranks are like levels based on a bunch of actions, but heavily based on AUR spending (so you can essentially buy the rank you need to trade). Secondly, the trading is based on a trust system in which you just send your items to someone, and you hope they send you the payment or agreed upon item in exchange. It is wise to use a reputable and trusted intermediary if you don't trust the person you're trading with.
As for the other things:
1) Team deploy is the ability to deploy an entire team at once as a massive squad. This is a feature coming for planetary conquest (along with other features), but many also want it for faction warfare.
2) Plasma cannon has been buffed, but not the mass driver. What has been buffed is the myofibral simulants; in addition to raising melee damage, these modules now increase jump height, which works well for weapons like the mass driver and plasma cannon. There has been extensive, and generally well-done rebalancing of weapons in Dust -- things that were once useless like the flaylock pistol are now actually good, but it's way too much to simply explain here. You can find details of past balance hotfixes in Development Discussion Archives, old threads where CCP Rattati held discussions about proposed changes.
3) Quafe weapons are purple-colored BPOs with green lights manufactured by Quafe: a Gallente corporation known for their drinks. They are very rare items typically obtained from strongboxes. Strongboxes are easily procured as salvage from battles and from doing daily missions. To open them requires these items called "hacked decryptor keys" which can be obtained by the same methods. Keys are far more rare than boxes, but there is always a daily mission (win won battle) that will give you a key, so you can always get 1 key per day. You can also obtained officer, AUR gear, and special items like BPO suits and dropsuit SKINs (BPO modules that recolor dropsuits of a specific frame size and race) from boxes. Look at the pretty pics. Boxes and keys can also be purchased for AUR. There are Quafe dropsuit BPOs you can also buy for AUR.

1) Not all, but most of it is BPOs for infantry at least. Quafe stuff for vehicles tend to not be BPOs.
2) Warbarges generate free ISK, SP, officer and experimental weapons, and even gives you damage boosts. You upgrade it and unlock new functions by accumulating and spending warbarge components which your warbarge generates over time; you can increase the production of these warbarge components by upgrading the mobile factory subsystem. You can also buy components with AUR.
