is it that modded controller use has skyrocketeed or is it that the playerbase is small so its more noticable?

i can tell a modded controller from the sound the gun ends up making when they inevitably clip the shot count.
it makes the gun sound like its stuttering... becuase it is.
and boy is it rampant, it used to be ide only find someone using it occasionally (even the ones that did use it diddnt ALWAYS use it), now though it feels more extreme in use, i just came up against an entire 4 man squad using them....

My fatty Command. 200 shield, 640 armor was killed with a scrub combat rifle boundless at 50m ... less 2 seconds !! no lag, no lowframerate....
that just means he diddnt miss any shots.... math that one out bud, 840 HP against something that does *400dps...... 2 second kill. (shorter if you account for 20% dmg bonus against armor :P)
thats not a good way to tell if someones using a modded controller sir... im calling that one paranoia.
the way to tell if its modded isnt in how fast they kkill you, but in how they fire. typically in a very repetative fireeing patterns with the ocasional stutter due to shot clipping (becuase they suck at programming enough delay to prevent it most of the time)

agianst forum rules :P
that and they use it either becuase they are top tier PC cheating their way to an edge or they suck...

I have noticed it more over the past week after they did away with matchmaking and started to put noobs and veterans in matches together. It is very obvious when someone with a Scrambler Rifle has a modded controller because they never go for the charged shot.
ive been noticing a few using it with assault weapons as well (to eliminate kick...) assault weapons dont stutter when fired normally....
