So, I have all the time in the world on Monday and Tuesday to complete the event. Then, of course, both days are simply gone due to tech issues. Just wanted to say that I am really disappointed. I planned my time around your game and you really let me down. Pretty sure you don't care about one person not getting to add a skin their hobby game, but if I'm saying it there are many more thinking it. The loss of the two days ends the event for me and I am sure for others. Getting my hopes up and excitement level raised only to deliver the fiasco of the last couple days is how you lose players.
My undergraduate degree is in Computer Science and I still can't figure out who the hell you guys are hiring to turn out this level of mistakes. Any company I ever worked for would have fired the project leads and found someone who could actually code. Most of these issues if taken individually would not take a full time programmer a full week to fix. So either their are like 2 guys working there, lack of actual ability, or time management issues plaguing the development of this game. This is not meant to be an insult it is just simply the way it is in my experience with similar issues in this field.
So please, whatever the issue or issues are bring up the level of professionalism and turn out a product that runs more like a flagship game and less like a college senior's final project. |

Speaking of clearly not read....that or your reading comprehension is that of a 4 year old. The post is about time management kid. When your customers set aside time that you scheduled in advance and then you don't show up they stop being your customers. You will learn that when you grow up. The event had a schedule and in the real world BS excuses about servers does not excuse the mistake. You may think of it as a game, but kid it is a business. They are not doing this for free. They want your money and mine. The post is about a product that was promised and then reneged.
Now stop talking around the grown ups..it just shows your ignorance. |

You can't expect CCP to accommodate to everyone's schedule. Some people are just going to end up missing out, and it's not like it's that significant of a reward either. I've missed out on events before, I lived, and I'm sure you will too.
