Give all newly born clones x2 ehp on all fittings and x 1.3 damage on all standard and militia weapons.
When they reach 5m SP reduce to x1.5 ehp on all fittings and x1.2 damage on all standard and militia weapons.
When they reach 10m SP reduce to x1.25 ehp on all fittings x1.1 damage on all standard and militia weapons.
At 15m SP release them in to the wild and let them fend for themselves. No more ehp or dps help.
If players skill in to proficiency 1 of a certain weapon they get a warning that they will lose the dps help and be moved down to the next slot, ie merc with 6m SP has x1.2 damage and skills proficiency Level 1 in HMG, will now get moved down to the 10m SP level of x1.25 ehp and x 1.1 damage, skill into proficiency 2 and then rinse and repeat. The same applies for armor and shield skill trees.
The damage modifier skill tree should be only unlockable if merc reaches 15m SP or give a warning if you train this skill tree you will lose all noob assistance.
I know we will see some experienced people making new clones just to troll people with the ehp and damage buffs, but it's the best solution. There will always be some abuse.
Obviously these would only apply to the first merc created on a psn account, not for the 2nd or 3rd slot. |

Absolutely not. New players shouldn't get power buffs. That leads to people making alts just to get overpowered weponry.
Instead, new players need increased SP accrual in order to get them to competitive levels of SP faster.

I would definlately keep the ehp buff, maybe tone the damage down to, 1.2, 1.15 and 1.1?
Obviously the exact numbers would need to be assessed, but I think it should be this kind of help for new players. |

It sounds way too complex and seems like it would require too much work.

Nope, I've taken to playing with the noobs via squad finder. You can throw SP at them, and they will do nothing but waste it getting everything to level one in an attempt to find something that slays better.
In game help and instructions are needed more than extra SP, as the SP will without a doubt be wasted. Noobs must be SHOWN how to spend their SP first.
