I like how imbalances primarily in one module, and somewhat less so in the Hardeners [Yes even shield hardeners] means that the hull itself is at fault.......
Duster Logic at it's best.

You can't buy them. You win them at the arcade for ten tickets.

Sadly no. Most walk in as boys, three minutes later and two dollars lighter in the wallet, they walk out as men.

Can you provide a source for that. Would be a very interesting cultural trait given how open the culture is. Also the other day I found out......and I was surprised I didn't know but Gallenteans typically have dyed hair which is styled in rather eccentric ways.
Facial tattooing is also rather common, more recently in the Minmatar style until they realised that the Voluval is something culturally special to the Minmatar, and frankly I wouldn't be surprised if physical augmentations weren't also didn't fit into their subcultures somehow.

It was in the novels. I think the one where tripwire fails. It is a detail concerning the Gallente States (something positive and reverent) bars where futa are the attraction.
Very interesting. I need to read the New Eden books one of these days. Burning Life, Templar One, Empyrean Age, etc.
I genuinely doubt that is restricted to the Galleteans though.

Yeah it was pretty funny reading how some Matar take "action" to those who haven't earned the tattoo. Also mechanical augmentations are considered a status statement in Amarrian culture. I'm pretty sure you can find the lore in the description to the robotic arm thing you get from the CE.
Well all of the Ardishapurite main family members have one of their hands cut off and replaced with a cybernetic one as a tradition. Also many Amarr get surgery to make themselves appear older than they are.
The people of New Eden are .....particularly diverse when it comes to their personal tastes.
