as a vet since the first build and a tourney player..
id like to ask you wtf is wrong with you?
did you hop on and play a match, got the crap beat out of you and raged out?
is it your primary objective to drive people away?
the strafe decrease just help heavy armor tankers..
once again this game is a tank build like it was in 1.7
its funny to me how I know more deadbeat mothers and father that do a better job taking care of whats theirs then you have done in this game ur entire career..
issues..
lag is still a huge problem from day one..
instead of fixing that you nerf the suits great job..
scrambler rifles have been a problem since day one...
yet you nerf suit speed...
shot gun hit detection has been a problem
yet you nerf suit speed..
pc lag... a competitive game mode. unplayable due to frame rate and lag.
yet you nerf suit speed..
assaults are meant for frontline fighting aggressive killers who compete in pvp also the most versatile players..
yet you nerf them..
you get idiots that don't even play the game also ex cpm members who wouldn't know how to wipe their own backsides putting their "two sences in" and you listen to them but the actual people playing the game grinding this piece of shat game you ignore.

There's a huge difference between strafing being a positive aspect of gameplay and it being something that can be used to exploit poor hit detection.
More over for a self proclaimed tactical shooter the concept of it being more beneficial to strafe across open ground rather than actually look for cover or work on positioning really does nothing for Dust 514.

the exploit is ccps fault.. has nothing to do with the actual hit detection.
the hit detection is caused by poor netcoding and a weak attempt on the developers of fixing it.. strafe issues don't accure on battlefield and or call of duty or any other game. so although I respect you true your wrong..
very wrong..
strafing made this game what it was a fun shooter.. there is nothing tactical about this game anymore.
if ccp ratati and co workers would focuse on fixing lag/framerate the hit detection wouldn't be a problem..
the crutch argument is false also a cover up excuse to side with devs on their mess up.

Please learn to give constructive criticism. I criticize CCP a lot too. Hell, I even lost all hope that Project Legion would even be finished, but do you see me go around calling CCP Rattati and his team (the only ones doing anything productive for Dust so far) a bunch of idiots and posting personal attacks? Nope.

It will only make CCP and everyone else in the community ignore me and pass me off as just another Butt-Hurt Bob not worth giving attention to. And it will definitely NEVER give me the results I wanted.
I gave CCP such a hard time over the past 2 years and yet, they were kind enough to address the problem with certain mechanics regarding scouts, cloaks, bonuses, and nova knives.
Why?
I can't say for certain, but I suspect it has something to do with being constructive with my criticism. I pointed out the exact problems like all other sensible critics who posted before me. I even provided recommendations to the problems like any sensible critic would do.
If there has been any CCP Dev I may have personally been harsh towards, it would likely have been CCP Jian. I'm glad he's no longer with CCP and no longer in charge of Dust. Even then, I don't think I ever posted rants on him at least on a level you are posting in.

As if Scammer was ever the first to grow balls. I have seen hundreds of players grow bigger balls than that and he certainly won't be the last.
Also, how would you feel if Dust got moved over to the PC instead of the PS4? CCP never did mention Dust being moved over to the PS4 anyways but they sure did emphasize Project Legion for the PC.

But if people have not noticed... This is just a money sync.
Since ccp cannot get a total game reset they nerf and or buff suits to generate them money.
Making new flavor of the month does one thing for the developers of this game.
It makes it to where a new suit is over powered for the newer players like some of the trolls on this thread to spend money and get into those suits.
But all in all i agree with what scammer says..

That's actually what the Pro-Respec crowd intended to happen. They made every effort to even use that as a "pro" rather than a "con" for implementing respecs.
As for that last bit, I think it's a combination of both.

although respecs are here.. People dont just go buy them just because. there has to be a reason.
Here is the reson a nerf to the assaults and a buff to a commando.. In my opinion a pointless suit that is useless.

Also i too think ccp made a big mistake here..
Assaults are the main role in the game also the reason PC is worth anything i would say heavies logis and assaults..
but now its logis mandos and heavies.. theres no hope left in the game or the devs at this point. |
