Forgot they even existed,dont even use em to screw with newberries. I just run behind em and whack em with my shotgun and they turn and see me in my 'tash murkon' light skin and boom. Dead newberry gets a fashion show while i teabag his body. Long story short,anyone still fitting cloaks?
The way they are now it would be better to change the scout bonus to sidearm reload/or some other menial thing and just sell cloaks with a 75% reduction to the pg/cpu cost. Everyone gets a cloak,everyone gets to feel the pain of getting shot while looking at their wristwatch.

Funny thing is i never ran cloaks even when you could pop out of it and shotgun some in a split second ,never had the pg/cpu cores or scout suit leveled up. I got it all maxed now. All i do is run the speedscout with a shotgun now.

Dreis i can probaly pull off,i rarely run into saxonmish(hes on my team) sure da beeeeeeast will get it one day(when matchmaking puts me agaisnt and not with him)

Doesn't justify not using a cloak. And what I see are heavy-logi trains with a dash of Minass sticking within 15 meters of center mass. They don't even need to be 'top' tier to gank anything moving within 60 meters, or at least, what they can see.
Let em pass you then gank as many as you can before the hmgs turn you into red rain. It always works. And if thats what you see all the time i feel bad four ya.
