So your saying a lightweight boxer on roids could punch out a heavyweght boxer, because roids? Right, get back to your basement please. This is basic physics.
We're talking about a 2m tall biotechnically enhanced super soldier with vastly greater physical capabilities that that of a human, not to mention size and muscle mass, a titanium skeleton, an augmented dropsuit exoskeleton, not to mention the force of your own fist and shields, then you have him pumped full of steroids and other such mutagens to enhance those capabilities several time over.
I mean even the Amarrian Sentinel only has armour that is roughly 2.5 cm thick [likely at the thickest points as opposed to minimum]. In game damage would be represented by your shields and armour taking damage but honest the more I think about it the more likely is the the force of the strikes is compromising the integrity of your suit at a fundamental level and conveying some of that force to the flesh beneath which could cause internal damage to the organs.

He's saying a lightweight boxer with rocket boosters on his gloves is able to punch out a heavyweight boxer. Or bionic arms. Or whatever -- but that's what Myofibs are. Biotics that both enhance muscle strength, boost adrenaline, and remove muscle limiters. Think moms lifting cars off their kids 1 handed in a crisis -- but when that strength is punching you in the face...
As I understand it the body holds itself back instinctively from hitting something too hard. But we're immortal clones and breaking a limb or two means nothing to us especially when our bones are reinforced with alloys. Hell you could probably punch another mercenary hard enough to break every bone in our arms and not care.
