As the guy who actually constantly uses 15 ringers this is not that big of a deal and now with new changes people will want to fight more for there own corp than ring for others.

The thing you are missing is the people that will just keep a flow of newbies. Saving up the maximum amount of CP and then kicking the newbies is likely to be the best case scenario. Think how many CP duna is going to have.
There is a CP cap from what I read.

Oh how the peasants don't understand...
There is no rational reason for me owning districts, they are not there to server a purpose. they are just there because i can. If those districts had a purpose and now with this update the purpose of those districts was taken away then i would be upset. But since districts are currently useless i have nothing to be upset about.
