1080p and 30fps for consoles. There will be new factions revealed like the Minutemen. There might be a ghoul redcoat faction. It goes with the revolutionary theme. 50 base weapons with 700 weapon mods and you can name your weapons upon customization with weapon mods. PS4 will be getting mods too. Later than Xbox one though. Enclave will be playing a role. Currently, all collector's editions are sold out everywhere.
I will update you all with whatever Fallout4 news I come across.

Fallout 4 does not appear to have skills.

That might not be true since everything Bethesda shows, it shows for a reason. Either the skills might be in a separate tab, or it will be like a poster in the garage, or it might not be in the game altogether. None of the bothers me greatly.

Look at the bobblehead stand shown. It has the same number of slots as F3, if they're not for skills what are they for?

Just speculation but I'm thinking that they may go with a Skyrim style system for skills where what you use is what you level up and perks may be associated with ranks of certain skills alongside the good old fun ones. If this is how it goes, they may increase you by a rank in the skill type or increase the rate at which you accrue exp for a particular skill.
Until we actually see something definitive though there's no proper way of knowing.
On another note I rewatched the presentation and noted some alien concept art and one of the concept arts has the character wearing a Vault 17 jumpsuit which may either have just been a little joke for the concept artists or something else. Vault 17 was the first vault that the Master from Fallout 1 used to start making Super Mutants.

The aliens is what really caught my eye. I personally hope mothership zeta is not canon. EDIT: And looking further into it, I believe they merged the skills in with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L part of the pipboy tab. The two correlate with one another so I assume it will be there.

I think Mothership Zeta is canon and aliens actually did exist in the lore prior to Fallout 3 though a little less involved as apparently an alien craft could happen as a random encounter in Fallout 2 and there was an item, along with the alien blaster, you could get from a crashed ship with alien skeletons even back in Fallout 1. In fact the only non-canon appearance of aliens is the Wild Wasteland one probably.
Apparently Area 51 was supposed to be a location in Fallout 2. I'm hoping at some point to visit it in-game as I'm curious about Fallout's take on it.

I am very upset by the lack of Skills.
They've been there since Fallout 1....... why remove them? They measured your character in terms of ability to only be able to achieve certain things specifically well within the constraints of your level.
