Given the Assault Rail Rifle currently out-classes it in every way, I'm not inclined to believe a reduction to strafe speed is all the Plasma Rifle needs to excel.
I should also point out that I am maxed out in Rail Rifles, so my opinion on the Assault Rail Rifle comes from personal experience.

Exactly. If anything it's going to throw even more into focus how broken the current Assault Scrambler is.

Usages may say one thing.
But hands on says an arr versus the ar, both with prof 5 and two complex damage mods have very similar kill times part from armour tanked suits which the arr eats up alot faster. That included with the extended range destroys the ar outaide of 15 meters.

I don't disagree. The ARR is outperforming the AR.
Only pointing out that it isn't outperforming the AR in every way.

Strafing has more of an effect in CQC
I agree the AR needs an adjustment in the current build but let's just change one thing and see it's affect on the other
