We're right on the cusp of perhaps the best Dust 514 has ever been and if we can just hold out long enough to make it there, there is a very real possibility we might be able to turn things around. However, there are a lot of things we could also be doing better. We need long-term planning as a priority. CCP is doing good on the next few months worth of stuff to fix up but we don't know what will happen in the next few years and I think we need to look toward that sooner rather than later if we want Dust 514 to be continuous. We definitely need to look for opportunities to introduce additional content, such as Post Level 5 Content, or (and I'm strongly against this) ways of reducing the speed of progression as there are some players who are already near 100m SP by now. That's just on the Dust side of things though and the long-term movement needs to centralize on longevity. The only way that will happen is we move to PC or next-gen consoles, because Dust 514 -cannot- survive with any longevity on the PS3. If there is a long-term plan in motion, we haven't heard anything about it in the general community, which means that there is a short-coming on the communication side of things and the next CPM could continue pressing for greater transparency between CCP and the community as a whole. Along the lines of transparency though we also need things like CPM Summits and meeting minutes so we, the community, can stay informed as to what is going on instead of being left in the dark. "The CPM has been instrumental" isn't good enough, IMO. The next CPM is going to have to press for that as I think it's a bit late in the game for the current CPM to do so. Another thing is that the CPM is our key to getting better community interaction and tooling as a whole. Stuff I've been advocating since day one such as API support for third-party applications (imagine being able to just copy/paste your character API into Protofits instead of having to manually set each individual skill) and what I attempted to do with the Planetary Services Department. That isn't to pat myself on the back, the PSD was something we needed I just don't have the energy to manage it by myself anymore what with work and college. So, yeah, there are a lot of reasons to run for CPM. The PCU might be at an all time low but I don't think any of us are ready to go without a fight and the fact that we're even having CPM elections for a second CPM roster is a sure-sign that we're still in it for the recovery
I do not know, from my perspective there is not reason to buy Ps4 just for two games (Fallout 4 and Dust 514/2.0) ergo i do not think Ps3 is on the edge of it end. And im not alone with this kind of view. My situation is more difficult right now (i dont want be biased i simply dont have money to spent on another console but even under these circumstances i think buying console just for two game is nonsence) and i think Ps4 cannot catch me with its titles right now tbh.

And about Pc, nah i think that will be terrible idea with its communities and hacks. -Shrug- Might even be the reason CCP Shanghai doesn't want to port yet; there just isn't enough of a potential gain for the amount of work that would have to be put in for a port to exist.
Exactly.
Because how you want to build house without base. This game still need some major improvements and that is major thingy right now i think.

I understand many people still enjoy the game and are thrilled by even the tiniest little update, but honestly...I'm a spoiled internet nerd. There are some awesome ******* games on the horizon and if CCP doesn't step up their game and give their ravenous and entirely unreasonably loyal fans what they deserve, well....have fun
What games, i know only about Fallout 4 and nothing else (maybe Mirrors Edge 2).

Even though I have a PS4 and spend more time playing Destiny and GTA V than Dust, add the new NFS (which doesnt seem too bad), SWB (still unsure because lolEA), Fallout 4, ME2, and damn even the new GoW and Forza 6 on the Xbone too. I doubt I'll be around next year tbh. Honestly a re-coded from the ground up version of Dust on the PS4 would be the only option, personally.
I play GTA and Destiny (where i spent big money too) on ps3, star wars i dont know (all talking against it). Only game what i want to see right now is Fallout 4 ergo i spend time in Dust and Destiny (where will be Taken King in future). Over all it looks i will be on still on Ps3 and Pc, because there is nothing what should push me for Ps4 or new Pc right now.

What games? PlayStation four battlefront batman bloodborne warframe blacklight war thunder witcher 3 cod black ops Rainbow six siege planetside two
Oki: SWB (not sure during info around game) Batman (too open for me, sadly do not feel to purchase even when iam fan of batman) Bloodbourne (played ntohing for me and iam HPL fan) Warframe (already on Pc little boring game) Blacklight (on pc sometimes play with my love) War thunder (not quite in this game, im more in WoT on Pc) Witcher (dont like franchise, to over the top and boring - i studied folkloristics and religious mythology and witcher basicaly make me MAD) CoD (not a fan) Rainbow 6 (possible in, not sure) Planetside 2 (i was in on Pc but it is slightly boring, im in story and lore and PL2 do not have much).
I know this is all against moder trends in game indutry, but keep in mind Iam "Aspie" and im little wierd in some opinions.
