On an inactive player that I'd like to get. 22 million ISK is plenty as long as you either do not die a lot or you manage your deaths per match in proto. If you have a problem with wanting to run proto but feel like you can not afford it then hop into a Q sync channel for the faction that has your suits, turn on 1 of those free faction boosters, and grind out 1 solid day. With a booster turned on most people can stock up enough LP to cover 4 - 5 days of proto suits unless you are just absolutely spamming them. I am at a little over 1.2 billion ISK, well over 100k LP, and level 10 standings to feed all the LP I want and I am no where near one of the richest people in the game. It is actually pretty possible that I am not even in the top 1%.

******* hell all you rich people ffs i have 800k left as it stands i bought and sold officer gear alot i had got 300mil from some guy once then spent 200mil on suits and a respec then bought and sold officer gear and got up to 500mil then spent all of it on suits and apexs and skins so i have **** now why cant all the rich people just each drop 100mil in my wallet my bday is aug 3rd could be a nice bday present

I played logi for the longest time running adv fits that were around 50k made quite a lot of money from that.
I still primarily run advance gear ranging from 20k heavies to 50k assault and logi fits.
The only times I ran proto has been in the 5 or so PCs ive been in losing maybe 25-30 suits ever.
