I want you to try out and rate this fit. It's a hit n run , shield stacked and recharged proto Minmatar Assault.
Fitting
After a long while of not running proto , I decided to play around with some proto aurum shield regulators
( I have level 4 in them )
and found out that with 3 complex I can get 1.97 shield recharge delay.
To me , that's pretty fast.
I unfortunately don't have shield rechargers , but if I would , I would swap a complex shield for a recharger.
I can fit a proto CR and SMG, aswell as a proto locus grenade and an adv nanohive.
So if you want something different , try this and leave your thoughts on it !
P.S. : I don't dual tanked min assaults , I've done it a while and find it less effective than shield tanking it.

I have tried and used both those fits, until i got Cal Assault proto... then my Min became damage mods and armor...
Try this out.. Not sure if your skilled into all this or not but.. (ran this for a while)

1 Ferro (or enhanced plate depending on cpu/pg from other gear) |

Add a single CPX Reactive Plate.

I recommend adding a complex kinetic catalyser. If you need pg, I think a complex armour rep is a bit excessive, enhanced would save a lot of pg. Or just swap it with the kincat.
Being fast goes well with regen. Let's you hit and run more effectively. |

since you already know i primarily use all minmatar suits only, try this fit:
2 shield ext.
2 shield rechargers (whenever you skill into them)
2 armor repairs
2 shield regs.
its a decent fit and get to 408 shields i think just on 2 extenders and to enhanced energizers or 2 complex rechargers get your shield reps to 50-60
or
my go to all around balanced fit is
2 shield extenders
2 shield rechargers
2 armor repairs
2 armor plates (basic or enhanced of any plates, but never proto armor plates (135 plates))
i survive very well in this fit and still has its speed to get around fairly well.
or
3 extenders
1 recharger
2 reps
2 kin kats (or 1 kin kat and 1 cardiac reg.)

the minmatar assault is literally so versatile in fittings so play around with what you thik you want and which ever you like most keep that one and the top 3 others you like as well

i literally have 15+ different proto min assault fits so i pretty much adjust them all the time to how i see them fit
