DUST 514: A game of Risk.
Lucent Echelon Field Commander under the nickname, "Sgt Kirk" has been aggressively attacking and seeking control of mining facilities in the heavily patrolled Caldari System of Raihbaka.
Despite the belligerent assault on the Noble and Precious Metal Mining Facility Lucent Echelon meets a narrow defeat due to heavy losses.
Heavy Casualties have been inflicted onto both sides as well as civilian respiratory trauma from those who couldn't escape the district in time for the nanite air debris cloud that accompanies skirmishes to fill the surrounding air.
The Federal Defense Union has publicly condemned Lucent Echelon for the unapproved attack.
The Commander named Sgt only replied with a sly grin when asked about the purpose of these attacks at a Mind Clash tournament.

DUST 514: The Price of RISK
The Caldari State Task force, outraged at Lucent Mercenaries recent assaults on various Mining Facilities in the Raihbaka region go on the offensive to reclaim lost districts.
Lucent Echelon Field Commander, Sgt Kirk was present in the area after regrouping from a failed attack in a nearby mining Facility. Still bitter from the recent fight, Lucent Echelon Forces refused to give up the Orbital Artillery facility which serves as the only provision Lucent Echelon and Gallente forces have to keeping Caldari Battleships from razing their districts.
Caldari Forces have made the scourge of all Lucent Echelon forces in the Black Rise region a high priority.
After a meeting with Mentas Blaque at a Burlesque show I asked the Commander exactly what his plans were for these mining facilities.showing only both of his palms as he drove walked out.
Public Relation Representative and Field Commander, Arkena Wyrnspire only expressed irritation at the fact that Kirk still visits Burlesque houses in the broad public.
