its a whole lot easyer to just ask Cap Aq or OH for a district then buying clone packs to mass attack and getting slaughterd in the redline for a boring 20min. PC is wide open right now for any corporations who would wish to have a district and play. as a matter of fact PC is in the most Carebear state its probably ever been in with the last district rule and the soon to be remade planet fight club. but if you enjoy loseing isk and demoralizeing your corporations players by all means keep mass attacking.

Yes when after you do this the corp giving you the district stops caring and allows the attacking corp to take a district. As happened before with my oh experience. Further more soul eater I attacked you and made an alliance only agreement and you brought ringers . I mailed oh and nothing was done. So there is more facts on how this "pfc" is a fake thing that's is not regulated.

There's the LDR that works like PFC but better, it's easier to regulate and you don't need a police force to handle what the entire community can do.

I honestly don't know. I was unaware there was a PFC. I have heard that 0H wanted Sakulda to be a PFC, but I never heard about it going into effect.

PFC has always been a thing until a certain someone burned it down But it was also never free like what Shep wants

The big corps lose there districts in a mass attack then we share them with the new corps. We are like the robin hoods. It's pretty clear. Why would anyone do this. 32 districts under attack about of these corps today. Why waste the isk. Well because they are the corruption of dust514.

Some advice;
Dont enter pc and starting smack talking and making enemies right away.
When I brought Naughty Ninjas to pc, cap ac and O.H NEVER attacked us, simply because they knew we were NOT on their level.
Random Gunz frequently attacked, won the first match, and then no showed, as they wanted the fight and knew we needed the practice.
We are all in this together, so make friends, not enemies.
You cant just show up on the scene, assume you know what is going on, and start talking smack. It makes you look stupid.
What you assume to be the problem is actually untrue.
The corps you are alligning yourself against are talking in their corp and PC channels daily about how to improve the PC community.
These are actually really cool people, and you should take the time to get to know them before you start blasting them.
These guys will help you if you approach them respectfully.

why do i even read this crap or play this game.... i have vaginas to farm. I would say to troll people and just blurt nonsense in general, but in real life i can just get ppls jaws wired shut, OH YEAH not going to prison is why i play this game, no vagina in prison, unless u count the few guards you might get lucky enuff to tag, but they are always fat and have 6 kids all different colors. MY original thought was why does anyone even care about pc? pubs are funner and work better, then i got sidetracked and thought, for that matter why this game, then i remembered 90% of the people playing are either still children (25 or less) or grown single men living in moms garage, and felt really happy about myself! HA IM broke cause i got my own ****, and i troll dust because there are more whiners here than most other places, and here at least i know they usually cannot form a decent quip... so yeah, heres to you DUST COMMUNITY, you witless bunch of of insult sounding boards, i love all you dumb f u q s it brings joy to my heart knowing my keyboard brings such drama into your mommy funded garage.
