I just love how I had the reticle right on his head for maximum damage and then, for whatever reason, POOF, back to normal body shot damage -_-; I might have lived had I actually landed that shot. The fact that he survived the actual headshot, even after being hit by a body shot, aggravates the hell out of me. So much for exchanging that range for higher headshot damage -_-;;;

Sure but the Cal Commando gets a pretty decent bonus to rail weaponry as well. Cross in my skills and the complex damage mods, it came down to shoddy hit detection not recognizing the first headshot and his forge gun just oneshotting anyway
