I've had AA off for quite a while now I don't like using it because it felt unfair especially when bullets would fly trough cover and still hit the mark
I am curious about it and want to test it out more then I have in the past
I can easily go on kill streaks with AA on without having to try much as most bullets hit without having to directly aim at the target, this is most noticeable with the sg and other guns such as the Bolt pistol
If you haven't played without AA, I suggest for you to try it. You will see just how much it actually does
Like I mentioned before I have not been playing with AA so turning it back on after so much time might not go as I think it will
I have adjusted to always being right on mark, I believe this will mean that I will kill faster and at longer ranges with ease however I do not wish to keep it on I just want to see if its still as bad as I remember it
I'd like to hear your input about the differences between the two if you know what they are
Also if anyone uses KbM I would like to hear how that works exactly, I will also be trying out the move controller to see if it is as silly as others say |

No offense to OP. If you play without AA, more power to you, though.
I wasnt trying to come off as a douche, simply put I was mainly trying to see if anyone that knew how it works could give me some input as to what the main difference in play style is between on and off
so by no means am I the best player or the worst, I can go on kill streaks with it on or off, but I can also fail miserably either way
it doesn't matter to me if others use it or if they don't, but I do think the community should be aware of how it functions |

LUGMOS wrote:Yeah... HD is probably absolute crap without AA... Hard time believing you have it off
I find this claim to be false and the main reason why I suggest for players to play without it
hit detection isn't perfect but its far better then it used to be, and its only a problem with a few weapons at certain times
I know this because when I first started playing without AA I missed almost 50% or more
but now that I know how it works and I am used to it I don't miss quite as often I still miss probably more then 25% of my shots due to bad aim but that's on my part not hit detection
hit detection is only a problem I'd say less then 10% of the time
if you are lagging bad then yeah HD will be a real problem (with or without AA), I suggest you fix your settings on your Ps3 if you are having these issues and to reinstall the game if you haven't recently |
