Or they could have just carried the name over.
The name "Project Legion" was dropped (no longer a project), and sony has no control over the name "Eve Dust 514"

Rattati told me he WANTS to though :/, a cross ps4 and pc Dust 514 might be quite difficult
Rattati is in charge of a game that was largely abandoned by CCP.
While he's doing a good job, Legion (or whatever they're calling it now) is outside of his control.
