Not only drink water in tandem but if you drinking mix drinks add a bit of water to it on the rocks! haha, also before bed down a bottle of water to rehydrate your body and a couple advil for the morning headache!

I agree with you Vik on the 1 district rule but since I've heard Cuse mention it on here no one has abide by that rule as my corp has held a few district and had it taken from us in our first battles to defend it! I think once we defended 1 twice before losing it and as usual I am never around to play any of them. I'm not on here to ***** so, you vets need to make a stance and or have a meeting to say what goes on! Thanks in advance

Understand nah its all good then, not what I would want because I wouldn't want it to happen to my corp or any of our alliance corps. Just I guess its shamed we get in and right back out a day later lol. I guess my best route is to keep asking to Ring.
