All great questions, which I plan to answer in an extensive "manifesto" as soon as we are aloud to start new topics in the CPM Campains forum. Of course I'm sure in between that time and now I will be updating this thread with that information as well.

No, I do not think so. When politicians announce they are throwing their proverbial hat into the ring, that's all they do. They announce first and then campaign. At this point in time that is all I have done is announced my candidacy. When the campaigning begins (which no one has done yet) then I too will have my platform laid out.
