A new shield mod that will help shields be better.
The NEW shield recharger (passive)
Make a new shield mod that can by used with other shield mods.
It is basically a shields recharger that over rides normal recharge, in which it will replenish small amounts of shields the same way armor repairs. This will always give a constant recharge. The numbers can be 3,4, and 5 for the 3 tiers.
So here's how it works.
(A cal assault with a recharger(old) and new passive recharger.
Takes damage and has 0 shields.
New recharger IMMEDIATELY starts recharging at 3,4,5 hp per second. The normal recharger is still in work so after a couple seconds, the Normal recharger starts to work and starts recharging. The values of both rechargers add up. The recharger (old/50hp [example]) adds with the new recharger (5 at Proto) and starts recharging at 55 per second.
So it will start with 5 per second while depleted shield delay kicks in and after a few seconds, it will recharge at 55 hp per second.
I don't know who would like this but how about taking the standard recharger and naming it the energizer,taking away the less shield bonus, and naming this new mod the shield recharger and adding the 5% less shield thing to this.

Shouldn't take another module to make a caldari shield suit recharge while taking damage which they already should be doing, secondly, while the idea's okay, I don't really see how that low a HP recharge would help, considering the DPS any weapon can do at 30-40+ meters. Kinda feels worthless honestly, thank's for trying though, it really mean's alot that armor players are trying to help shield's.
