So instead of having a full strong 16 man team, you have two half assed 16 man teams. 3. PC does not generally work around, lets just pile a bunch of people into a team and go in. The FC if he knows what he is doing will personally pick players himself that he knows can get the job done. No ones dream to FC is picked by other players.
