Thanks for showing the people in the war room... how to set up PC teams using idealistic methods?
Or should I just tell you outright this is the method CBJ used that lead to his corp being torn in 2 and the creation of ML, lol. |

Yes, please copy CBJ's method for PC building.
It'll make the ISK farming easier when PC changes.
You'll have one corp with no unity divided by several ways of thinking and styles because directors hold all the real power not the CEO.
And if you don't give director appropriate amount of power then the entire concept falls on it's head.
Strictly speaking, this concept only works on paper. |

as I said earlier, it's an idealistic method, that would only be viable in a much, much, much higher populated game.
If you were recent in PC activities at all you'd know this, so yes, it is relevant if you've been around lately.
