I've played Dust on the same PS3 for the last 2 years and I only use it to play Dust. Recently this has been happening, it just freezes and won't let me press the power button to turn it off.
So I guess that's it, it's unlikely that I'll buy another PS3 just to play Dust, didn't think it would end this way, always thought I'd go out with more of a bang.

Dust causes my PS3 to hard freeze all the time. It got frequent enough that I swapped the drive, zero improvement. Destiny plays great!

The funny thing is, to me anyway, that I would probably buy another ps3 for dust. It's the only game i play on ps3 now and I don't know if I could live without it.
I wish it was on ps4 tho.... |

Mines almost shot too tibs, been freezing so much, and I lag horribly. My cousin will come play right beside me in the same room and be playing just fine while im lagging beyond playability. A few years on dust and its time for a new one unfortunately. Tbh its probably from all the times I had to manually reset it, bc of bugs in the game that made it freeze, that eventually led to this. |

Like literal dust. We tore it apart after necro-ing it a few times from the yellow light...and found out that there was a full layer of the stuff on there so thick it was like cleaning a lint tray from a dryer after 5 loads.

It was overheating so much in the final hours of its life whenever I loaded up Dust 514...so I ended up grinding to level 99 in Final Fantasy 12 while it was still playable.
im assuming you have a ps3 fat? if not, HOW DID YOU PLAY FF12?? IS IT ON YOUR PSN STORE???? |

I'm on my second ps3 now. Exclusivly for Dust, first one went for the same reasons, good job I had warranty on it.
