Why did you become such a cold-hearted, blood-thirsty killer? Did you owe back taxes? Were you blackmailed for some scandalous photos with an under-aged electronic market agent? Jarrad Kirk grew up in a fairly healthy, stable environment as a child. As one, he spent most of his days dreaming about space, challenging his mind and chasing women. Being the product of strong Gallente bloodlines and Minmatar heritage he grew up with an understanding of the importance of freedom. He believed in the importance of individual liberty to the extent that he felt the need to protect it.
Despite his knowledge of despicable actions by the Federation's leaders he still joined the Federation's military thinking it was New Eden's only true hope for universal liberty and unity. While in the military Kirk became quite reputable as serviceman, surpassing even his officers and legendary figures. While in the military he came to the realization that the Ideals the Gallente people and the Federation's leaders were two different things. Being given more assignments that were not in the interest of the Gallente people but for their leaders he became frustrated and tired of it.

Originally known as Xeaz, a NEXT pilot (from the Armored Core series), leader of the Songs of Seraphim group. Although the debilitating effects of piloting the mechs, known as LYNX, were catching up to him, as they exude poisonous particles, a solution came. The co-creator of the Songs of Seraphim approached Xeaz, stating that he'd have to give up his current body... and become immortal...
Time and contemplation... It got the best of Xeazlouro. Out of the choices available to him, he chose his allegiance with Caldari State. He knew nothing of this world, everything about it was foreign. With nothing of his previous life with him, he chose to be simply known as: Songs of Seraphim. The only thing from Xeazlouro's previous life that he'll hold onto.
Rough times were ahead, surely, for Songs of Seraphim... and with the little knowledge that he had, with only the ideology of Caldari State in mind, pressed forward... thrown to the wolves of New Eden.

@Rattati: Some of these are really good. Adding an entry for backstory to the in-game merc profile would enrich the sense of individuality as a mercenary and contribute to the immersive Dust experience. I vote for backstory as a character profile field.

one of the first Gallente capsullers to accept an offer form the federation navy and federal marines as well as the federal intelligence office to under go a highly experimental Dual-informorph clone procedure. this created the mercenary Racro 01 Arifistan while the origanal capsuller Racro Arifistan are technically 2 different beings but share the same personality and thought process as well as memory both space and land engagments. typically such a procedure would just outright kill the capsuller and prevent him from transferring to the next clone. Very few of these capsulelers have under gone such intense programs. the sheer willpower of being 2 people at once is astounding and incredibly difficult to achevie. especially when both the clones are seperatexd by thousands of star systems.
the rest of the information regarding Racro Arifistan and Racro 01 Arifistan is strictly classified by the FDN,FDM, and FDIO.

I was born this way, ever since I was a boy I had a violent personality and destruction was my mistress. When I enlisted for Gunfall Mobilization I chose to to use the Amarr Sentinel suit with a Heavy Machine Gun. I slaughtered countless foes and became their top slayer. However this was not enough chaos for me, I left Gunfall and enlisted into Fatal Absolution where the Planetary Conquest directors put me on a Forge Gun in my first battle. I had never done this at the time and was nervous, but after the enemy MCC was blown to bits, I knew that this was my calling. I CONTROLLED THUNDER AND LIGHTNING AT MY FINGERTIPS. I felt like a god, but then something happen that forever changed me. The voices overcame me. For months there were evil messages running through my mind. Kill them, kill them all. This was the voice of The Great Awoxer. This being was the best thing to ever happen to me, he gives me strength and power to overcome my foes AND MY FRIENDS. I am his one and only vessel. Name: Kador Ouryon
Aliases: True Adamance, Truest Adamance, Kaldrin Oussurian
Gender: Male
Birthplace: Unconfirmed
Race: Udorian - True Amarr
Age: 28
Height: 6'2
Physical Appearance: Kador is more of less a generic specimen of Udorian descent within the empire having short well kept black hair, green eyes, deeply sunbronzed skin having spent many years on desert worlds.
Callsign: True Adamance
Status: Active Templares of Praetoria Imperialis Excubatoris, Current Heir to the destitute Ouryon Branch Family in service to House Tash-Murkon.
Combat Role: Kador is a veteran of armoured warfare and is a very capable Heavy Assault Vehicle Operator. He is also proficient to varying degrees with several of the armaments available to Amarr aligned mercenaries more notably the Laser Rifle. Given his particular build and role in most battles Kador lacks any real skill or grace in close quarters combat beyond his physical build which even in a non combat clone is sturdy.

Asoka Jushiro"Deadly" Aztec-Alta+»r Usually known as "Deadly" Aztec
Born on an outer Intaki colony, in a village, as the son of the daughter of an Intaki chief and a Minmatar pirate/smuggler. Life on the outer colony was difficult and there was constant extortion by the neighboring pirates, and the authorities were corrupt enough to not do anything. Aztec's father, being a skilled leader and warrior, set up a militia of sorts. This kept the colony free of oppression. Though one day he left, left to free his sister from Amarr space and to free others. He was never heard from again.
His father gone the militia proved ineffective at protecting the village. Aztec had no options, until one day. A Gallante agent offered to give him the training and power he needed to keep his people safe. He accepted. Aztec was implanted by a Gallante copy of an Amarrian first generation clone implant. He was able to rid his village of the pirate threat, but it cost him.
He became plagued by voices, visions and blackouts, symptoms that were exasperated by federal experimentation on him. Also, he was not granted the implant for free, he was legally bound to be under observation by the Federation. He subsequently became a mercenary.
One of the oddest effects of his implant was that it caused him to forget how to speak. He suffered from this from several months until he was cured by a Khanid religious man. Aztec subsequently became a convert of an ancient order based off of the Amarr religion.
Aztec frequently mentions having served with Minmatar militants, under two tours.
-Half Intaki and half Brutor, Aztec has jet black hair and usually wears it naturally spikey and short while in a clone meant for combat. Though on his casual clones he has had his hair modded to be longer and white and on the verge of glowing.
-His civillian clone has no facial hair, though his combat clone has a shortly trimmed mustache beard combo, practically a shadow.
-He currently resides in Everyshore, under Federal authority.
-His eyes are dark brown, they look black most of the time.
-His skin is a very light brown, but becomes a dull pale in the cold and a dark red in the heat.
-His combat attire generally consists of either an Amor tanked Caldari Medium Suit or Minmatar Assault suit. His civillian clothes vary but it usually consists of a pair of rugged pants, a slim fitting shirt and an open jacket. His civilian clothes are usually characterized by dull blues, whites, greys navy blue, tans, dark red, as well as blood red.
-+ His interests include free running, a hobby he developed from his Federal training and while he was stationed among Minmatar militants. -+He is an avid fan of food and will try just about anything. -+Aztec is an avid inventor, but most of his inventions are far too impractical to be of any use.
A byronic character, Aztec is ever the anti hero, usually seeing the wrong in others while failing to see the consequences of his own actions. His multiple personalities also have various degrees of effect on his real self.

Terry Webber wrote:Terry Webber comes from a long line of soldiers, tracing back to a time long before the collapse of the EVE gate. Several journals written by his ancestors recorded his family history and told stories of battles long forgotten. Terry Webber continued the tradition by joining the Federal Marines of the Gallente Federation as a battlefield medic. During his service, he gained quite a reputation by saving the lives of several fellow soldiers from severe mortal wounds. Then one day, during a battle against the Caldari State armed forces, he lost his both his legs to a proximity mine after pushing another marine from harm's way and was honorably discharged.
After he returned home, a representative from the Crux Special Tasks Group proposed an offer that would give Webber his legs back. The representative tells him of a new experimental and top secret cloning procedure somewhat similar to what the capsuleers use. The process would give him a new body, stronger and more durable than an average one. Anxious to able to walk again, Terry Webber gladly accepted and participated in the program. Afterwards, he thanked the corporation that helped him stand again by joining their ranks. After exemplary service, he joined other corporations that were formed by other cloned warriors. He is currently serving in the corporation known as Molon Labe.
It would have been awesome if they shot him in the face after he accepted clonehood. "Sir we havent implanted anything yet" "oops, medic"

Aeon Amadi was born on Intaki Prime with a low birth weight and, being prone to infection, was considered a lost cause in the more rural area of his birthplace. His mother did what any right and proper parent would and fought to keep him alive. As a result, he grew up relatively healthy, and despite his parent's disapproval, left home in his early twenties to join Mordu's Legion. His primary goal was to get a sizable financial backing and get his family away from Intaki Prime - though little benownst to him at the time his parents would never leave the Intaki home world, sealing fate as it were.
Toward the end of his six year contract he experienced a revolutionary turn of events.
While entire constellations away his family's home was invaded by a low-level Serpentis gang, who killed his entire remaining bloodline. While the event itself was traumatic from afar, it was worsened by the knowledge that their bodies were mutilated and piled together with a resin poured over their remains to cement the corpses in place right in the center of the family home. Though he never witnessed it, the visualization clung to memory, and Amadi's demeanor turned largely passive and reserved compared to his prior optimistic and cheerful self.
He had friends in high places in the Legion and silently cashed in on favors, eventually having the gang-members tracked down individually and consolidated (much to the dismay of local police forces). It was after having killed each and every one of them, that Amadi's psyche became completely broken, obsessing over whether or not things would have been different if he had simply never left home. Despite them all being dead, he still wanted revenge, somehow.
That longing for revenge clung to his consciousness and he spent several years in therapy; vaguely alluding to what he had done but never actually explaining it. Due to this, the treatment was lackluster and ineffective, resulting in further social withdrawl and heightened aggression, accompanied by a seemingly never-ending insomnia. This culmination of multiple disorders, which he was genetically pre-dispositioned to from the very second he was born, led to the steady decline of his entire being.
Having gone undiagnosed, his fueled aggression brought him to sign another contract: This one involving experimental infantry clone technology in private trials. Training, trial and error, and baptism by fire crafted a psychopath rather than a soldier - a man who's comrades stayed clear of him for his subtle oddities and growing lack of hygiene. Whenever the bullets started to fly, he heard the mocking, raucous laughter and vulgar, verbal abuse of those (very dead) Serpentis gang members beneath the helmets of his opponents.
Eventually he transcended to become an Empyrean and, strangely, with his transfer of consciousness, the broken wire of his own insanity seemed to follow. He was eventually removed from the Legion for a variety of reasons, none more specific than the fact that he literally believed he was holy Idama - reborn without the use of technology. The coincidence of his name being 'Idama' in reverse only added to this delusion of grandeur.
It doesn't seem to matter how far he goes or how many times he has to kill them, those Serpentis gangers never seem to stay dead for long...

It wasn't my choice. This wasn't my war. I was bred to serve knly one army, defend only one force. Twenty years ago my my name was a series of fu*king numbers: R347-8091. I passed combat assessment with rather good remarks, but found I had a pathological disposition to defend those around me and make reckless sacrifices. It almost costed me my life many times during the war, but luckily General Skywalker was right there beside us pulling off crazy ideas too. The 501st quickly came to become the best of all Legions. Geonosis, Felucia, Coruscant. Us bastards survivrd tooth and nail, odds stacked against us 100:1, and with droid armies macthing that ratio. I've lived through a lot. Killed Jedi with my hands, shot civillians. It was a war, and sometimes being a soldier means getting your hands bloodier than those of your enemies. Eventually however, the Empire fell. My Lord, defeated. Realizing that their was no hope for myself if I stayed, and feeling my body aging everyday, I pulled in every favor to find immortality. Rumors had surfaced that the filth Yoda had once achieved it. And so, my self and Gunner Tiberius fled for New Eden :)
I had to reinvent myself. The blood in my veins was no longer my own, but that of those I'd killed. I had drowned in it once, I would not do so again. Instead, I took up that of a Minmatar clone. I'd forgot for the Republic once, and now I could literally dedicate my life to it. Tiberius and I seperated, knowing that if we were ever caught, the great history we shared would be lost. Since then I have found a few others from my Unit: Frosty of the 501st, Yoda Boss, etc. We csrry own, doing what we do. I would gladly give my life for them, and once you meet me, I'll do the same for you.

Danyum!

Way back before the flaylock was released for military use my friend was to be deployed in the Gal front against the Cal but his squads went dark. My dad and I became part of the search team deployed to find him but the squad was never found.. after some month we joined a small corps and had fun battling with our corps mates. After a few weeks our corps leader went missing and our 2nd tried to keep up moral and take his place but I didn't work out, we all went our separate ways. After wondering battle to battle I went to my quarters one day to find my dad in there. He had become the North American representative for glitches connection, so had invited me to join and I did... after some months I was sniped in battle and woke up far away This was not my body This wasn't my equipment What happened? For some reason when I was killed I woke up in minmatar space in a armor when closely inspected resembled duck tape. After some looking around and questioning I came to the conclusion that a malfunction happened with the clone revival and it think it thought I was a minmatar leaving battle.. I went threw the academy again to find that this body had none of my knowledge...ik how to use a forge gun and drive a tank but I did know how to After leaving the academy I rejoined my corps under a new name to try and see how long it would take for them to recognize me, it didn't take long So know its all back to normal as normal as this universe could be... grind for isk, grind for weapons, grind for skill |

I am an Achuran descendant of the caldari state.
I was born on the planet Eha III while my parents were working for the Ishukone corporation. My father was an inventor working on the mass transit systems in the growing colonies and my mother was a teacher at the Eha III university. My younger sister was born when I was 7, although I at first didn't like the idea of having a sibling we bonded when she was 4 and were best friends growing up. She had a very mischievous personality and enjoyed playing pranks every opportunity she had. I was fortunate to have the responsibility of being an older brother as my mandatory state service training was only a few months away. Before I left my mother gave me an Achuran white songbird pendant, telling me about our families history of honor and service and that I should wear it with pride while I was training.
At age 17 I had graduated from the state war academy, I was for all intent and purpose a competent soldier should the need arise. Though I never wanted to become a soldier, I was studying to become an inventor like my father. My sister, now age ten was determined to become the best fighter pilot the state had ever seen. She still had her mischievous personality, I thought that might get her into trouble in the Navy but I enjoyed pranking people with her again none the less. A month after I had returned gallente forces started a new offensive, tensions were high in the border zones, there was talk of evacuations and conscription. As the fighting intensified in lo-sec the capsuleer militias clashed in the void, worlds were set ablaze. A gallente fleet broke through to the Eha system and began blockading the planet, the Ishukone forces in orbit were enough to hold them back while transports escaped the system. I was running back to our house through the mobs of fleeing citizens when the gallente positioned above my city.
The last time I saw my family was right before the orbital bombardment leveled my district.
I suppose I was lucky though, Some Ishukone Watch soldiers managed to pull me from the rubble and got me on one of the last dropships off the planet. As I watched the streams of plasma fire burning into my planet, I felt numb. The only thing I really felt was the acceleration of the dropship as it approached escape velocity, and would be the only feeling that I would have for the coming months. Eventually I arrived at an Ishukone station. Masses of evacuated people from all over the Black Rise region were moving about, calling for loved ones, asking for rations, pleading to officals. I stayed there for a while, meditating with my pendant trying to reach out to my family. Every time I closed my eyes I would see them running out of the house, I would try calling out to them before a blinding light vaporized them. That's when I decided to enlist in the Ishukone Watch and receive more military training.
After a few years in the watch I was granted acceptance onto one of the special operation teams. Some times conducting raids on gallente facilities and districts. I relished the opportunity to kill any gallentian I could, not sadistically, just killing them. I still felt numb, the only times I felt anything at all was when I was killing gallente or accelerating through the atmosphere. Achura are known to be introverted but even other Achura thought me odd. I never spoke unless it was about a mission, I had no friends, my rifle was closer to me than any human was. Etched into her is my blood debt for my family that I am slowly paying off with gallente I kill. I was then approached by some higher ups from the Ishukone company, very hush hush stuff. They said they were working on a way to create a super soldier, one akin to the capsuleers in space and said I was a candidate for the program. I only asked one question, "when do I leave" my only possessions being my rifle and my white song pendant.
I was slotted to receive my clone after a few months of physical and mental training. All the candidates were getting along pretty well, starting to form a team. I watched as one candidate pranked another in the mess and remembered my little sister, followed by a horrible depression that made me feel physically sick. I ran out of the mess hall and out to where I could get some air. As I stood there gasping for breath a dropship flew over and landed in a hanger facility at the far side of the training compound. For the first time in years I grinned.
I ran to the hanger and found an idling dropship with another candidate admiring the missile launchers mounted to the side. I hopped up onto the ship and asked if he needed a lift, he was excited to get a ride. Luckily for me the cockpit door was open and the pilot was talking to his wing commander about 80m away. I strapped in and hit the throttle wobbling into the air. You can imagine the horror on my new friends face as he realized I wasn't a pilot. I put the nose down and felt the acceleration of the dropship and smiled. The flight was pretty short though after I crashed into a building (after avoiding a mountain) when the emergency crews showed up they found two survivors, one being my new friend and the other being me laughing hysterically in what remained of the cockpit. The major of the small air base commented saying, "Your getting demoted for that stunt, if not court martialed numbnuts!" my new friend started cracking up shouting "Pvt Numnutz!" and the nick name stuck. After that I was able to open up a little, It seemed I was a speed junkie of sorts and asked to be trained as a pilot. I'm sure my little sister would be happy with my choice, maybe that's the reason I stole that dropship, who knows.
Today I fly caldari assault dropships, on the side of the nose some letters remain unscathed from the marks of battle, next to the scores of tallies it reads "Songbird"

Here is a quick and simple one. I'd rather not get into too much detail.
Name:Georgia Xavier bloodline: True amarr
Back story: Georgia belongs to a family mostly dedicated to the Empire's army. Georgia was planning to pursue the way of the entrepreneur much like her peers of ni-kunni origins but once the Matari rebelled, her family's honor has pretty much diminished. In order to regain what was once lost she joined the empire's military.
Through hardwork and persistence she excelled until finally she went out into the battlefield. But what she trained for and what war actually is aren't one and the same. Her clones constantly dying to countless other soldiers of immense skill. She couldn't take it, the humiliation she suffered thus she let herself fade into obscurity, forgotten.
Now a mercenary, she is much more care free, choosing to forget her less than stellar past but still ever so loyal to the empire thus she honed what little skill she has. Many are eons ahead of her in terms of battle prowess but that doesn't deter her one bit. She will serve the empire one way or another.

That would make Georgia at least 100-ish years old which admittedly isn't particularly hard to believe in terms of the average Amarrian. If she'd seen the Great Rebellion that would have to be the case, if you mean the Elder Fleet Invasion then you are in the clear.
