If the games playable they will not fix it. You do realize this games just balancing for legion (whatever its called now), because Ccp hasn't yet made a complete, balanced Eve shooter. So they're probably fearful their next shooter will be a flop too and a big waste of money. I guarantee you they'll want this games guns/dropsuits all balanced right out the gate, because that was 1 of the biggest problems in dust, endless balancing of the same guns/dropsuits. Thats all.

I'm going to be honest with you (as if I wasn't already). I feel that Legion is dead and that Dust will be the one to take its place either in the next gen console like PS4 or in the PC. That is all.
I hope they're smart enough to come up with a good name, because Dust 514. What does that even mean? I mean its a game about 4 races being sucked through a wormhole into a different part of the universe and fighting over planets. Thats so badass and you go and call it dust.If I hadn't ran out of games to play on ps3 Dust 514 would of never caught my eye.

That is a cynical view, which I entirely share. However, I would guess more players have left due to bugs than gun imbalances.
What makes me rage is the super long deployment times. When Dimension Domination came out a couple weeks ago that was the best time I had on this game just because the 1 sec deployment time. Oh and portals keep the match from being a total redline.

Because Dust 514 is a name that is a little more established in the gaming industry. Players who left the game will remember that name. It's also a fitting name given the rough times this game has gone through. The game was thought to have died and turned to Dust after Fanfest 2014 but then it emerged back from the dust. Lore wise, I remember that the name Dust may have originated from what happened in the Intaki system when the Intaki residents created a group known as Dust of Intaki. The number 514 comes from what happened during the early testing of the new sleeper implants that were salvaged from sleeper sites deep within wormhole space. Those mercs wearing the tainted implants went crazy and wrote "514" on the walls with blood.
Try explaining that to a ps3 playerbase who have probably never heard of Eve, "A Pc game."
