Today, I opened 10 Dropboxes for the third time and got nothing but standard gear. I thought that opening 10 strongboxes at a time was supposed to guarantee a rare item, but I have gotten nothing but standard gear. I worked hard all week to get all the keys I could from the daily missions to save up 10 so I could get a rare item or at least something good and all I get is several standard items, 1 'Quafe' Myron, 2 Adv. Railgun Turrets and 20 advanced Locus Grenades. Why is this?
P.S. Last week it was basically the same thing except I got 1 Darth's Scrambler Rifle instead of a Quafe Myron.

u know scotty the matchmaking ai owns all boxes and gives them away only he knows whats really inside he only gives good boxes to the proto stompers cause he loves them thats why they get good matches as well now u know
im just a scrub here, to u know, do things helpful like ummm commenting,complaining,and giving terrible advice thats it

Nope not a guarantee. Ha that's funny. It's all luck. I've yet to get a BPO and have gone through stack of keys. Seems you have joined the club.

Even if you do get a rare item, 9 out of 10 times it is something that you are not even trained into.

I actually have surpassed the need for keys and boxes . I have all the quafe weapons I want plus the ones I don't. I have several skins (including many of the same type ) . And now that you can obtain officer weapons from trading I have no use for these boxes anymore. Am I the only one?

RNG is RNG, my first and only, as of now, BPO drop was from one single box open.
Which Faction am I loyal to, you ask? The real question is, which one is paying the most?
