That would result in every logi carrying Uplink, Nanohive, needle, scanner. Maybe a few randoms with REs instead of a needle or something.
Scanners don't even gain any points from people outside their squad (and God forbid he doesn't have one). It really is a thankless job. |

You only have to get below 21 to dodge the permascans. An Amarr Scout should be able to reach that low with 3 CPX Dampeners. |
