Please then tell me why PC is better than console and which one you have. Literally write out the Pros because

Specs- Round Mid-Level Gaming PC
Voice chat- Optimize Party Chat for CrossGame Speech
Games( Exclusives)- Uncharted, God of War, Bloodbourne, Killzone, others
Why PC is invalidated- PC titles like Planetside 2 are already making the leap to.consoles.
20 million people own PS4s, and don't need to log online to Steam Via internet to play some games (Does Steam have offline? Idk)
Why Dust should move to it- I know tens of people who broke their PS3s, and didn't get new ones. They are on PS4. Imagine if one day they go to the PSN store.and see Dust on it :)
Pc might have nicer graphics, but the frame rate ranges are absurd. Why do you want 210 FPS when they can and might lock it at 60? Yay, you can see shadows more defined than me PS4, big deal...

- A mid level gaming PC (similar specs to ps4) can cost less than a ps4 if it is built and not bought premade.

- There are various different voice chat softwares available on PC such as skype and teamspeak, which is already widely used in eve. (even so dust has it's own in game voice chat so what's the point)

- PC has hundreds of thousands of exclusive games. Just because the exclusive game isn't a AAA game that everyone's heard of, doesn't mean it doesn't count :)

- Steam doesn't need an internet connection to start up games, just like you don't need to be logged in to PSN to play a single player game. However just like with everything else, an internet connection is needed for multiplayer games.

- Planetside 2 is one game that's been ported over to PS4, but even so that's about as relevant as minecraft being ported to xbox.

- If people broke their PS3s and got a PS4 instead of a PC, then it's their loss if they miss out on everything the PC has to offer.

- PC does have nicer graphics and this doesn't affect framerate. Most games have a setting to enable VSync. This finds the most stable framerate your system can handle and locks it there, which can vary depending on what graphics setting you have on the game.

- PCs can not just be used for games, but pretty much everything else from coding your own games to writing a shopping list.

- If dust was to be ported to PC, it would have access to the EVE playerbase who didn't buy a Ps3 for dust. In addition to this, it would have access to the FPS, MMO and RTS markets in PC gaming.

- Dust is a game that requires a large amount of time invested into it in order to 'get good'. This is something that PC gamers in particular have because of the 'hardcore' element of PC gaming, whereas consoles are good for quickly playing a game and then moving on to other things.

- And last but definately not least, PC master race :)

But on your laptop, it's maybe like on a 15" screen...

while my ps is connected at a 42" screen... imagine the size of those....

But still...

i think dust also should atract the casual gamer, heck, even ccp states it somewhere that dust can be enjoyed by them...

and for casual gamers a console is imo far better then a pc, and i can't fit a 42" screen on my desk...

I would like to see the "mid" range PC that performs like a ps4 in terms of gaming.

I can buy a PS4 for 350Gé¼ on amazon. the gpu is about as powerful as a 270x, thats atleast 150Gé¼, 180Gé¼ if you actually care about your PC and want a good one with better cooling solution. ~150 for CPU and cheap motherboard
and you are already at ~300Gé¼

you still need RAM, cooler, case and power supply. your will be at ~450Gé¼ all together. with compromises you could make it for 400Gé¼ but the PC will be ******, loud, get warm and have low ram which wont compare to a PS4 in terms of performance.

the PC will also never run at 120W under load like the PS4 does. 120W PS4 vs 350W PC, if you play 5 hours a day, thats 100Gé¼ extra per year on your electricity bill in middle EU.

and games will not run as well on your PC as dedicated PS4 games using the PS4 low level API which PS4 exclusive usually do. mantle and directx12 is childs play compared to the low level API that is offered by the PS4. all other games which do not use the low level API will be about equal though.

the PLUS the PC has, if you install a free Linux distro, you can use it for work though and that is the only PLUS the mid range PC can score over the PS4. in terms of gaming, ease of maintenance and comfort in relation to cost ps4 wins out every time againts mid range PC.

I haven't been a hardcore gamer since Imps left..as a result I spend more time with media than games and not to mention the Xbox one has more appealing games to me..halo master chief just added odst for free so that's 5 games for the price of 1, halo 5 is coming out and gears of war is being remade...but ps4 has killzone, killzone hasn't been that great since 2-3..."ps4 can run 1080p while X1 is only 920" honestly can't tell the difference and X1 has better frame rates unless ps4 upped their game? X1 receives a monthly update whereas ps4 gets to it whenever they feel like it.. But the most irritating thing is the Xbox runs the web browser great (a bit slower than ps4) but the damn ps4 always gets the "not enough memory" error while on the web, it's been that way since release and they're too stupid to fix it...oh ps4 runs way louder and hotter than X1, and yes I have both I only play ps4 for my vita's sake. Also I like the snap feature on X1

Tldr; I'm more of a media person these days, only excited for halo 5(Dlc will be free)/gears of war, ps4 runs loud/hot can't properly run a web browser. http://imgur.com/CyRAzjx

I'd prefer to port dust to Ps 4 due to the fact everyone will have the same thing and also because ps4 is awesome....

The Cs go community is pretty rough but surprisingly the game is popular
