Hello,

During the past few months, IGÇÖve been noticing something shocking and deeply offensive to me and my kind.

As all of you could guess from my name, IGÇÖm part of the Felis Catus species, of the genus Felinae, a carnivorous mammal. My species has an attraction to small, bright and fast moving objects, as they remind us of our natural prey - Mice, of the rodent order.
To us, chasing such objects is nearly irresistible, a reflex if you will, and is analogous to a human reflexively removing its hand from a hot object upon touching it.

Crowd Control Productions (CCP) have created a weapon that exploits this biological fact. The Amarr Empire Laser Rifle, also known as the Viziam Laser Rifle, creates an incredibly bright and fast moving beam. This beam activates our predatorial instincts and forces us to chase it, exposing ourselves to the enemy and getting cut down by a powerful and intense beam of heat.

I believe this to be an intentionally speciest design decision on the part of CCP.
ItGÇÖs not enough that CCP designed DUST 514 with opposable thumbs in mind, not taking into account pretty much every other species on the planet aside from humans. No, they had to further spit in our face by creating the Laser Rifle, a weapon clearly designed to make the game unplayable for members of my species.

Is this the early 20th Century? Did we not have civil rights movement's fight against such repulsive ideas?
And as if that wasnGÇÖt enough, there are members of this community who with a smile on their faces melt thousands of innocent cats!


I have filed a complaint for Feline Rights violation to the International Court of Justice in Hague, and demanded the execution of these terrible offenders:

Viktor Hadah Jr. - By far the worst offender, responsible for thousands of helpless felines being slaughtered.

HC RSOL - Second worst offender, was spotted toying with us by moving the beam across the battlefield, attracting any members of my species. After which he would point it directly at us in a cruel fashion.

Mortedeamor - Being killed by a woman is deeply offensive to my masculinity. Doubly so by such a humiliating way. She recieved the proper amount of spikey feline dick pics in retaliation.

Breakin Stuff and Ripley Riley - For pointing a Laser Rifle with a low power level at a water cooler, forcing me to ram it with high force, and then turning up the power on the Laser to incinerate me. Making me die both soaking wet and on fire.

I hope this plea will call you fine gentlemen of the DUST 514 forums to action, and let CCP know that this is unacceptable.
Maybe with time CCP will change this appalling behavior, and DUST 514 will be enjoyable by every species on the planet.
