This isn't in any way a hate post against CCP, but I would however like to point out the pure fact that you've buffed scramblers and pretty much everything else that does shield damage. ANY weapon in this game does ridiculous shield damage as it is and I will die from a ******* MILITIA SUIT RUNNING AN ScR. This game does not have the appeal to many users anymore specifically because now all you have to do is slap a scrambler on any suit and its instantly better than almost any other weapon. Please explain why you have not touched combat rifles, buffed scramblers, buffed assault rifles, and nerfed rail rifles? That instantly screws all caldari assaults and makes it so we have to stack armor plates just to kill a advanced amarr assault. There is no logic in this and is why I'm really considering quitting this game (Im sure I'm not the only one either). And for all you Amarr assaults, Ive ran the Amarr assault Ak.0 for a long time so don't tell me that I don't know this or don't know that about them because I do. I can pull out my opus assault and wreck pretty much any caldari or any other race for that matter and I don't have a single point into Amarr assault or ScR. Don't tell me its my internet connection, because I only lag when it comes to the meat grinder. I would also like to suggest that if you don't intend on nerfing the ridiculously over powered laser weapons, then at leased restore the Rail Rifle to where it was before you took a dump on it, give caldari a chance to fight back instead of just having to flop over and die instantly. Ive respeced 7 times and I'm done. Ive spend $500 on this game and I've been play constantly for 3 years now and this is just ridiculous. I also will be providing VISUAL PROOF of just how powerful the ScR is.

Now with this being said, why does the ScR do MORE BASE DAMAGE IN ARMOR THAN A RAIL RIFLE? You may say. "Oh well that's simple, the ScR is a semi auto weapon." Well lets be honest, a charge shot or a few rapid succession shots will do the trick every time, and that not even counting the aScR. Plus the fact that a RR's aim is so terrible that after a few seconds of firing you have to stop and start again, but IT GETS EVEN BETTER. The RR had a damage nerf, a increase in kick, a range nerf, AND A CHARGE UP TIME NERF. While the scrambler is sitting untouched along with THE LASER RIFLE WHICH JUST HAS TO TOUCH A CAL ASSAULT AND HES DEAD. The TTK on laser weapons is much like playing CoD. If you even remotely care about the Caldari Assault then you will fix this please. Youve been provided with visual proof and if you still don't believe me, go make a cal assault fit and throw yourself into the mix and watch as you get steam rolled over, and over, and over again. And if thats not enough proof, I will start recording my gameplay to show real time visual proof to the entire community so that people can't say that I'm lying (not a threat in any way shape or form just trying to prove that this problem exists).

Edit: he also said the scrambler hasn't been touched ever. What was that old ROF again? Get your facts straight before going on your next rant.
I respecced genius and the scrambler that i have now is all a basic OPUS ASSAULT. Im full Caldari Assault and mando now. Pay attention to text before you try and be so skeptical.

The reason that I'm comparing the ScR with 3 complex damage mods on it is because thats what pretty much every amaro assault would run, and the caldari fit, with 600+shields still doesn't even stand a chance. Go play caldari for a few matches and just see how quickly you get rolled. by everything, a MLT aScR will destroy your shields and half your armor just by walking across the fking street. so until you tell caldari's to stop bitching then why don't you go try it out your self. And my title is not mis leading, I've respected 7 times and have every fkin pack there is to get on this game so my next question is, why should i have to spend yet even more money on this game because ccp makes something op?? I shouldn't when I've already given them well over $600. Its not my fault when a weapon or suit gets balanced wrong. Have you noticed that all you have to do anymore is stick a scrambler on any suit and it will win? Just go on protofits.com and see for yourselves. I'm done trying to explain things to people who don't even know what its like to get @$$ FK'D by literally everything no matter how much shields you stack. Good luck in your future endeavors.
