Empress Jamyl is above secular treaties and pity mortals trapped in the darkness throwing tantrums. She is the leader of the Amarr, the pure incarnation of divinity! Her actions are all thoughtfully enacted to best save this mutual cluster we all call our home and bring it out of the darkness and into the Light whence it was created!

If by "gave the other empires our current clone tech" you mean she killed her own soldiers and tried to hide all evidence of the templars. Yeah. That's what happened. She's no guadian angel. The other took advantage of her family's war lust and she then back downed when she realized she was a step away from f--king herself. If it wasn't for almost all of New Eden allying against the Amarr we may have been screwed. read for yourself
