Whoa dude! Sorry about that. We shall be sending you a Rat clone asap. The Rat man is very busy with life, dev work, meetings, hockey matches in the break room, wife and kids that sometimes he just can't answer everyone. But our Rat clone comes included with epic beard and over 5 unique responses!!

So to get this right, You want him to come and explain to you, just you..... I mean ACKNOWLEDGE (YOU) the change he already acknowledged?
Why should he waste his time? I would prefer him to keep up the great work he is doing.
In the IT world people like you are a dime a dozen and I've told quiet a few I would rather not have their money. ;)

Demanding an explanation aside.
It was a poor fix to an issue that created other frustrating issues. I'd almost rather have it back with whatever performance hit we may take. I know that personally I have had more performance issues this build since the change then before.
