I think to make things more fair, as well as an ideal training for new players such as myself. Is that I think there should be contracts of where all dropsuits, weapons and vehicles etc.. should all be militia equipment only.
That way it will be a 50-50 chance of winning a battle, of where battles will be won truly based on a players experience, rather than battles based on a players best weapons and equipment.
Who else thinks there should be contracts of where all of us new players can learn together like this? before we go into the dangerous worlds of new eden? |

This should happen. I'd have a load of fun playing with everyone on "equal" terms.
What I mean by equal is that we're only equal in what equipment we use. Our SP and Game Skills will be the difference on who lives and who doesn't. |

Yeah, that's what I meant. I'm disappointed that the developers have not got contracts/battles like this, specifically aimed at new players/beginners. Well I'm glad someone agrees with me on this, only your own skills of pressing buttons and moving around with your character shhould determine whether you live or die, rather than some superman standing there taking a million hits and then blows you to pieces in one shot. |

Bump, I would also like to point out that with the recent changes CCP has made if an existing player makes a new character on his/her acct, we no longer even get the Battle Academy. So we're thrown into games fighting proto while still in malitia gear. That sucks, i've done it a few times for character creations but I truly have no desire to go through the headache of skilling up fighting proto in malitia gear again. I would enjoy an option for malitia/first tier fights. +1 OP
