Most active in the Weekend but I know Aero can cover the US Evening TZ (I line up a little bit with that). Tend to find that we get very few competitive Minmatar teams aligning with us during the week though we have had some pretty good fights out of some recognisable players. During the weekend timezones it is much the same though we did align partially with a sync of Negative Feedback players after our sync dissolved. However one good series of fights on Monday led us into a Sync against the Demonite Legion which proved to be a very enjoyable fights. Very well run by the guys I was leading. Orbital Support coupled with a supremely quick and decisive execution of capturing our home letter and centre point, as well as their home letter using Air Cav. Ill keep that in mind stf runs ever day weve shoved off allot n I mean allot pf the major fw groups the ones that stuck around I respect n welcome figjts from them for fun matches :). PIE now has the ability to kick AFW anytime it needs, There community have managed to rebuild from the problems of the past. Areo has done a lot, and others like Tuna and logistics-chan have made me feel more than welcome as an outlander and pure State loyalist. Its returning to its former glory and so it should thanks to there hard work. Nelo Kazuma can help improve any force in New Eden Dust side, he's considered an extremely highly valued asset of the State, he has also taught me a great deal, as well as others in the State. I know the Amarr loyalists are a proud people and wish to continue building PIE ground control themselves but having someone like Nelo in your channel for a week will double your operational effectiveness. Having Nelo come in as simply an advisor would be extremely beneficial to your continual success. Either way i hope PIE continues to prosper as a community and a force to be reckoned with. Unsure, I like to colour outside the lines, pubs are essential for earning isk needed to put towards LP gear, we run both pubs and FW at most Cal channels, to be honest a skirmish is the best place to test a team out without losing a district to the opposition, having a chat channel that only squads up for FW would be hard to set off everyday, having one that has already got a few squads running pubs just wait at the end of matches to prep a que has more battle experience even after only one skirmish together. To be quite honest I would say the people with the problem of forming squads of players and running them through pubs just even to test tactics and roles may have been the first thing I would of removed from the channel. Information, structure, discipline and unity are key factors but those who fail to understand the needs of a factions community therefore fail there Faction. 'War is simply the galaxies hygiene.'

While I have to keep giving props to Aero for opting to FCing most of our ops we do have other Sync Commanders who do run matches when available (Malleus, Templar 12, Myself, Green Living, etc) for us we do have a lot of people in the channel who also deserve to be recognized for getting on the mike, in the squads, and producing the wins we do so love. A big thanks to Scotty and STF for supporting the channel, it does mean a lot. However as I do typically run as field commander (hate to break out #Aerogance, but I was the one who got the idea for this channel and brought it into existence) it got a bit awkward as the STF guys flooded in and started trying to run my PIE's channel with someone else acting as the field commander and trying to tell me how to strategize in battle. I understand there was no foul intention, but I feel like I have a good grip on things as well as the regulars in the channel and corp who I'm hoping are picking up on things and desiring to lead as well. To be fair though during this session it was mostly guys flooded in from STF so it's really like we were using your channel. Again, love the support from our State allies and I hope we can build a strong relationship moving forward. We may be the under dogs on the star map but to anyone in either of our channels you'd never know.
