I'm not sure what any of this really means. Please explain this in a more transitive way. There's a myriad of things you don't understand dude. I have no idiot's guidebook for the weirdo basement dweller to give to you. You don't get it bro, you don't get it. Well, if you could give me some specifics, then I'd have a point of reference from whence to start. Help a brother out. Apparently I'm in the cave and you know the way out, so lend me a hand, will ya?
Go read the definition of slander, i'm in no way saying that's what Bamm did but you might be able to understand CCP's position on the subject a little better. And it's only because he posted that ON the Dust forums

1. the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation. "he is suing the TV network for slander" a false and malicious spoken statement. plural noun: slanders "I've had just about all I can stomach of your slanders"
verb verb: slander; 3rd person present: slanders; past tense: slandered; past participle: slandered; gerund or present participle: slandering
1. make false and damaging statements about (someone). "they were accused of slandering the head of state"
Origin Middle English: from Old French esclandre, alteration of escandle, from late Latin scandalum (see scandal).
If what BAMM did was slanderous (hint: it wasn't), then the fact that he did so via a YouTube video and a (text-based) forum would, as I understand these principles, make it libel, not slander.
I'm glad you're smart enough to put one of slanders synonyms in place of and act smart. It actually could be looked at as both I guess since he spoke it and wrote it but whatever. I was attempting to help Clone D maybe see why CCP locked the thread and nothing more. Many times I post i'm in the middle of tasks that need attended to in my life, so i'm very sorry if you really lack that much of a life to play samantics but I got sh!t to do.
