This doesn't make sense, why does Reactive plates have a Movement Penalty for less armour but Ferroscale Plates doesn't?
Here's the Complex Stats for both of these:
Complex Ferroscale Plates CPU: 23 gF PG: 8 kW Meta Level: 1 Module Usage: PASSIVE Armor: 75 HP <--- This should have Movement Penalty, but to compensate to what it should be, It should be this ---> 60HP Cost: 3,945 ISK
Complex Reactive Plates CPU: 25 gF PG: 8 kW Meta Level: 1 Module Usage: PASSIVE Armor: 60 HP <---- This shouldn't & same thing applies here, it should be this ---> 75 HP Movement Speed: -1% m/s Speed Sprint Speed: -1% m/s Speed Strafe Speed: -1% m/s Cost: 3,945 ISK
Switch them round, i know ferroscale is suppose give you some armour without any movement penalty, considering it's used for lighter dropsuit without affecting the speed of it, but it doesn't make sense to why Ferroscale doesn't have a movement penalty, considering it has more armour than Reactive plates, unless it's purposely suppose to do that but i think both stats for the 2 items should be switched round. |

Complex Reactive Plates Armor: 60 HP <--- Yes, this has more armour.
Complex Ferroscale Plates Armor: 75 HP <--- Than this, good logic. |

The ferroscale plate is made of a very lightweight yet durable material, though not as strong as conventional armor plating. The reactive plate is also made of a completely different material, a self healing one, and while it is lighter than conventional plates, it is not as light as the material ferroscale plates are made of.

Armor plates ways you down. Reactive plates way a little and reps. Ferroscale plates way nothing. Armor reps way nothing.
Farroscale armor is made of a different material they say but reactive plates can rep them. An armor repper can rep all of them.
Armor is supposed to way you down but CCP made these weightless plates so armor merc's can move as fast/faster than shield merc's to keep the Gallante master race status. |

The reactive plate also has an armour repair value. |
