All skins need to be some kind of camo. Cool camo. Or obnoxious adspace prints, like nascar jackets. None of this palette swap bs.

You r aware u dont have to buy it -_- thre were photos up so its not like you didnt know what they look like they apply to two suits for medium and heavy skin so honestly quit complaining

Disagree completely. It's a fantastic looking suit. If the pictures I've seen of it don't like it has perhaps one of most beautiful colour palates of the "Marine" SKINs.
Green with Orange Highlights, Base Minmatar Brown with a Tribal Pattern in Skull White over the armour plating..... if I weren't Amarrian that would send shivers down my spine.

Also going to mention again that the price is INSANE.
I'd even be okay with 100,000 LP if it didn't also have that enormous ISK price tag. Given you get absolutely nothing gameplay-wise from buying one, the price is going to ensure all but the most hardcore RP nerds are going to just say no.

I'm at Gal loyalty 5, and its still 80 or so wins to get that, coupled with 10 mil isk, which if I wasnt already 150 mil up would require X amount of games to grind while minimizing losses to get isk...seeing as how fw doesn't currently pay isk. Add on disconnecting and fatal errors, queue times and losing battles. Youve got an easy week or 2 to JUST get a mediocre skin. I played gfw for about 5 hours last night and even with constant queues we ran maybe 8 games. Won 6 games. I would have to repeat that 10 days in a row, which given my current availability is about...a months worth of playing. Thats more than just money, its time. And lots of time. I would be just as soon to buy the item with real money and go on about my day.
Tl:Dr- Fxck all that grinding for an item that works on 2 suits. And as I understand it, doesnt even really work all the time. I have bills to pay son.
Also... Ridiculous.

I feel for you bro.
I did the same and bought the State Medium skin a couple days ago.
Wasted LP and isk. Doesn't stand out and barely noticeable in game.

I suppose the SKIN is good if you want your logi to go unnoticed, but I'm just going to wait until my Brutor Logistics suit gets built into a SKIN and use that on my Minmatar Medium suits. |
