Youre whining about intercontinental internet connections, an outdated gaming network, an incredibly small playerbase, which is further fractured by matchmaking.

I haven't seen many players from AS/NA on EU server lately [pubs] They're quite rare.
As for these new test battles. People are playing on different server battles because they probably haven't got any open battles from their region.
It has to be it. You can see open AS, NA and EU battles. But other person can see few NA battles and none from AS, EU.
