The DAR PWP is actively recruiting and paying Squad Leaders* and we are also looking for quality mercs to fight along side us.
DAR is made up of a serious group of real world leaders and fun-loving gamers who take a long view of the New Eden universe.

We are seeking mature (over 18) like-minded mercenaries to earn high ISK and skill points with as we prepare our corporation for Legion and welcoming others into the burgeoning New Eden universe.
We attract great mercenaries, by paying well:
- 5 million ISK signing bonus*
- 5 million ISK recruiting bonuses (per teammate recruited)*
- 10 million ISK Operators Award bonus*
- Amiable and supportive teammates
- Tactical guides, SOPs, training curricula, etc.
- Focused tactical and operational training to sharpen your combat edge
Leaders receive the above and:
- Weekly leadership pay (based on corp profit/loss, squad size, etc.,)**
- Weekly stipend to offset training expenses for the squad
- $1,300+ of real world tactical training materials free to all leaders***
- A tight knit community of warriors
- Advanced tactical guides, SOPs, training curricula, etc.
- Focused tactical, operational, and strategic training to sharpen your combat edge
Note: Squad leaders must able to keep track of a maximum of 2 mercenaries (not including himself) and be able to access the internet and update google spreadsheets, docs, etc.

*Bonuses are paid out upon the recruits completion of probationary status. For instance: If the probationary war-fighter completes his probationary requirements without bringing on any additional recruits, he will receive a 15 million ISK bonus once he is awarded the DAR Operators Award. If the probationary war-fighter becomes an DAR Operator and recruits his own squad, he will receive 40 million ISK upon being awarded the coveted DAR Operators Award.
**First pay deposit made after SL fills out his squads information on appropriate forms
***$1,300+ of real world tactical training materials will be delivered after first month of active squad play and building, subject to leaderships verification (we will have to fight matches with you). Access to tactical training materials will remain with the leader as long as he remains with DAR, it's subsidiaries and affiliates.
