Definitely not bad. Especially in PC, where very good players frequently go KDR negative. If you're talking about your average pub, then yeah, a 1.00 KDR isn't that great. But then again, pubs don't matter either. we get our KD from pubs, because PC is dead now-a-days...hence why a 1 KD is horrible.
