1. Merge, find leadership that can work together.
2. Grow your numbers.
3. Keep taxes super low. You'll be after the Command Points anyway.
4. Run FW syncs and encourage corp mates to get their hands on FW Apex suits.
5. Push squads to be placed in squad finder. Be pushy about it, push people to voice up in corp and/or pub chats.
6. Use Command points to attack PC districts. Your members will make more ISK than any pub, even in a loss. They'll also get some other resource for use in a new market.
You could do all this and never take it very serious and become far wealthier than you could have ever been before. If you are in a crappy corp that isn't looking to expand right now, find one that is.

This guy obviously knows what he's talking about. Just look how well Molon is doing.
These updates would have been great for corps like Molon and KEQ. But now that something is here, they are all dead.
