Like the title says.
For me it is either the Japanese or Latinos.
Dont get me wrong. There are some amazing players in each side and I know a few latino ones myself but that is off topic
PS: This has nothing to do with racism for those White Knights here. I am latino myself.

FOTM is not something that is considered between individuals.
FOTM means Flavor of The Month or Fit of The Month (however you want to say it) and it usually consists of a suit+weapon combination that outshines the rest. In this case, HP tanked MinAss with CR/ACR.
Much like Scouts were FOTM back in the first few months of 1.8.

The only problem I have with MinAss is that they can tank over 800+ eHP and still be faster than any Assault that tries the same. And the strafe.
I am an obersvant fellow. And like you said, a lot of latino's rock the MinAss while most Japs spam the scanner.

Man it's been a while since I ran into a Third-Rock squad that I thought they disbanded.
And yeah, AmAss with AScR is pretty destructive nowadays but not as common as MinAss's are tho they are rising.
