Please do something to help us distinguish these i actually logged off Dust to come make this post, i was literally standing next to an enemy and didn't know it until he killed me and since friendly fire is something you want to implement as far as i can tell this becomes even more important.
thank you |

I have this problem too. I should be able to tell friend from foe by glancing at the armor, not waiting for a red blip to appear over their head or on the radar. It's becoming a source of frustration. Everyone looks practically the same. |

+1 to this. i'm echoing these guys....armor looks the same. ALWAYS keep the names on our teammates within line of sight and go with a red symbol over the head of an enemy we're looking at. |

The blips are far too small on both the map and around the screen edges. I can't fifferentiate between an enemy and comrade while in combat without refering to the map and most within the circle on the map arent even identified until close quarters. A red and blue bar, a lighted marker on the chest and back or a circle around the player to identify would help. |

Agree.
I would also suggest that friendlies names get larger and easier to see when you have your reticule over them, this way you can see who is near you and can speak to them on voice if needed.
Also, I suggest that friendlies who are speaking, get some kind of on screen indication that they are doing so. This way when someone near you says "hey, come with me" you know A: they are right there, and B: they are likely talking to you since they are looking right at you.
The combination of IFF problems and communication make it hard to coordinate between people in a battle, which given the way EVE works and the way it looks like DUST works, is a huge deal. |

I agree with the OP and all subsequent posts. Anything that CCP can do to answer the friend-or-foe question in Dust 514 would be most welcomed GÇö even moreso if it also helps those of us who aren't exactly great with colors (IOW, yes, I'm red/green colorblind). |
