So it's not the YLOD but it's blinking red and idk what else to do.
I've tried restarting it, turning it off and holding the the eject button while turning it back on to activate the fan, putting it in an open air space etc, I need help to save my PS3 from the blinking red lights?

If not, just let it sit a while and try again.. if it still don't work, you need some thermal paste and a heat gun to reset the graphics thing or w/e the hell it is called. Ok, thanks, so I can just unplug it and leave it in a good spot with airflow, and no it was not on its side just in an enclosed space but with all sides open for ventilation(only thing covering it is the riff and floor of whatever this thing is called)
