If I want to give the location of the battle , what do I have to I have to mail the EvE pilot ?

Siska- Almur- Helfrada III
He will have to warp there, jumping through gates. Depending on how fast the ship is and how far away from the system you are in he is it can take a few minutes

It would really useful and nice when you deploy to a FW battle and that district that is going to have a battle. It can send a message to any Eve players that are within a range of the system and BAM he or she would connect to the district = :D

How so? In eve no 4 letters of a system is the same so there's no need to spell the whole name while 2 replaces the roman numerals with a more update numerical system and D symbolizes District.

It's a massive pain in the ass.
The only system that ever worked for me is having the Eve player sitting in the same room as me, to see it the instant the planet/district pops up.
Some details can be ignored

As a State OB pilot I'm happy with 4 letters an 2 numbers
E.g Ikoskio IV District 9, becomes, Ikos 4 9
Or Kinnaka III District 8, bbecomes, Kinn 3 8
Hope this help
When it's displayed in battle finder it shows
Region-Constellation-System+planet number-district number
E.g Black Rise (region)-Aivonen (constellation)- Kinnaka III(system+number)- district 8(this)

Exactly. I drop orbitals as well and this is much easier to understand and much faster.
If you play EVE you are going to know roman numerals.

This gives me an idea.
They need to make it so that a Dust player can simply broadcast their location to a selected pilot.
Basically when they are in the chat together the merc can select the pilot and hit share location. Upon entering the battle the pilot would then receive a mail just like if they had gone to a locator agent which contains the district that the fight is on.
This would need to be supplemented by a different color orbital notification to notify the Dust merc that the Eve OB is available so that maybe we can bring back some of the interest that was lost when they screwed over the Eve OBs.

Considering the OBs in Eve do not even show the proper squad leader making the call I have to totally agree with you. |

Team finder = 16 man squad able to be placed in squad finder.
Choice of districts I am still torn on. I understand its potential for causing problems in Eve but making battle selection 100% based on Eve was a mistake.
What I would like to see is the ability to attack a selected district with a timer to stop that system from being attacked again unless Eve action is taken to unlock it so to speak. This could work similar to a complex being opened up once a system has had one successful attack.
This type of system would do absolute wonders for the connection between the two games. |

Auto linking "Ena" to solar system will bring up the list allowing you to set it. |
